Custom Car August 2012 – Martin Ely’s Pickup
Fresh in the shops is the August issue of Custom Car and included is a feature that I shot of Martin Ely’s Willys Pickup. One that didn’t make the cut was my take on a Constable, if Hot Rods had been around this may have been what he was painting.
1st European Hot Rod & Custom Show – Chimay – Belgium – Part 1
Some shots going off to the mags but here’s a few to get started, some video to come too. It was amazing on Friday, epic on Saturday and a wash out Sunday. Loved the Executioners mock up of the car dealership from American Graffiti. Unfortunately the Moon Dragster had a run in with the armco, but everyone was alright.
Looking forward to the next one.
Mr and Mrs Clarke

Jiving Jamboree 2012 Part 1
Went along to a great event at Hammersmith Town Hall last night, the Jiving Jamboree. Bands were The FretTones, Mary Jean Lewis and Si Cranstoun, all very entertaining.
Tunnel Run London April 2012
Tunnel Runs have become popular with different groups of car guys in London. The idea being that you go through as many as possible to hear the roar of your engine as you pass through the tunnel. We set out for a Tunnel Run following the Chelsea cruise at the end of April. Unfortunately the weather was not kind and only a few hardy Hot Rods and Customs turned up, add to that many of the tunnels were closed and there were roadworks everywhere. Despite all of this we still had fun. Here is a short film of the journey. Available in 1080p through YouTube.
Burnham Autos Mercury Pick-up for Custom Car
It was a pleasure to shoot this Mercury pick-up for Custom Car, the workmanship that Paul Burnham and his team have put into it is incredible.
